At ViralAdsGen (**Aelior Labs, Inc.**), we strive for 100% satisfaction. Because our services involve significant AI computing resources for each generation, we have established the following guidelines.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be approved within **14 days** of purchase under the following conditions:

• The service did not function as described.
• An unrecoverable technical issue occurred (confirmed by our support team).
• Multiple accidental charges for the same service.

3. Ineligible for Refund

Refunds will generally not be issued if:

• You have already used the majority of your monthly AI generation credits.
• You simply "changed your mind" after the AI has already processed your video.
• Your product violated our content guidelines.
