1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ViralAdsGen, operated by **Aelior Labs, Inc.**, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Service

ViralAdsGen provides AI-powered video creation tools, analytics, and workflow automation to help users generate high-converting advertisement content. Services are provided on a subscription or pay-per-use basis.

3. Intellectual Property

  • Your Content: You retain all rights, title, and interest in any content provided to ViralAdsGen.
  • Deliverables: Upon full payment of all applicable fees, Aelior Labs, Inc. assigns all rights, title, and interest in the final creative outputs to you.
  • Usage for Portfolio: You grant Aelior Labs, Inc. a non-exclusive, perpetual right to use deliverables in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a written opt-out is requested.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Payments are processed securely via **Stripe**. By initiating a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Services Agreement and represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

No Guarantee of Viral Success: ViralAdsGen provides tools based on historical viral patterns and AI analysis. We do not warrant or guarantee that any content generated will achieve specific engagement metrics, "go viral," or result in specific commercial outcomes.

Aelior Labs, Inc. provides the service "as is" and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our AI video generation tools.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat all non-public information received from the other party as "Confidential Information." This includes, but is not limited to, product roadmaps, proprietary algorithms, and specific campaign data. Each party shall use at least the same degree of care to protect Confidential Information as it uses to protect its own similar information.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in San Francisco, California.
